(1) Pursuant to ORS 279C.815, the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries has determined that the wage rates stated in the publication of the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries entitled Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts dated July 5, 2024, are the prevailing rates of wage for workers upon public works in each trade or occupation in the locality where work is performed for the period beginning July 5, 2024.

(2) Copies of the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts dated July 5, 2024 are available on the bureau's webpage at www.oregon.gov/boli.
