(1) Pursuant to ORS 279C.815, the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries has determined that for the period beginning July 5, 2024, the prevailing rates of wage for workers upon public works in each trade or occupation in the locality where work is performed are the wage rates stated in the publication of the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries entitled Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts dated July 5, 2024, subject to any amendments to those rates that are contained in the applicable special wage determination and rates amendments: Amendments to Oregon Determination 2024-02 (dated October 5, 2024).

(2) Copies of the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts dated July 5, 2024 and subsequent amendment(s) are available on the bureau's webpage at www.oregon.gov/boli.
