Section 839-015-0610 - Actions Under ORS 658.475 for Injunctive or Declaratory Relief and Damages

(1) Any person, including any worker, who wishes to file a civil action pursuant to ORS 658.475 may do so. The person is not required to file a complaint with the Bureau. However, if a person filing the action desires to notify the Bureau, the person may do so by sending a copy of the complaint that the person filed with the court to the Bureau.
(2) The damages provided for in ORS 658.475 are in addition to damages provided for in any other statute including, but not limited to, ORS 658.453.
