Section 839-012-0995 - Firefighter Apprenticeship Training

To be eligible for a grant described in section 1, chapter 496, Oregon Laws 2023, an applicant:
(1) Must be registered on the Secretary of State's business registry, unless the applicant is exempt from the obligation to do so;
(2) Must include their employer identification number with the application;
(3) Must be compliant, as determined by the Bureau of Labor and Industries based on the information available, with the provisions of ORS Chapter 652, 653, 654 and 659A and rules adopted thereunder;
(4) Must be compliant, as determined by the Bureau of Labor and Industries based on the information available, with all performance and regulatory requirements applicable to all programs and projects of the applicant that are funded in whole or part by public funds;
(5) Must identify the training agents who will be involved in the administration of the grant and must demonstrate that the training agents possess all applicable licenses and registrations;
(6) Must demonstrate the ability to:
(7) May not be an organization described in Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, that engages in lobbying; and
(8) May not have any active State or Federal liens or unpaid judgments, as determined by the Bureau of Labor and Industries based on the information available.
(9) Must comply with all requirements prescribed in the Request for Applications.
