Division 110 - FIELD BURNING AND PROPANING RULES
Section 837-110-0090 - Ban on Burning

Universal Citation: OR Admin Rules 837-110-0090

All field burning shall be banned when any two of the following criteria are present:

(1) Temperature of 95 degrees Fahrenheit or above;

(2) Relative humidity of 30 percent or below;

(3) Wind speed of 15 miles per hour or higher.
