(1) A license issued to an individual insurance producer expires biennially in the month of the individual's birthday anniversary.
(2) For the purpose of making the transition to renewal according to birth date month as provided in this rule, a license of an individual insurance producer that would have expired on or after the effective date of this rule according to ORS 744.072expires instead in the birth date month next following the former expiration date.
