Compliance with pharmacy benefit manager registration requirements is additional to and not in lieu of filing and other requirements established by law for the purpose of doing business in this state, including but not limited to compliance with registration requirements of the Secretary of State applicable to assumed business names and applicable to the business structure of an applicant.
