Chapter 818 - OREGON BOARD OF DENTISTRY

Section 818-013-0025 - Approval of Independent Evaluators

(1) To be approved by the Board as an independent evaluator, an evaluator must be:
(a) Licensed as required by the jurisdiction
in which the evaluator works; and
(b) Able to provide a comprehensive
assessment of and written report describing a licensee's diagnosis, degree of
impairment, and treatment options.
(2) The Board will not accept an independent evaluator in a particular case if, in the Board's judgment, the evaluator's judgment is likely to be influenced by a personal or professional relationship with a licensee.
(3) The Board will maintain a list of approved independent evaluators on the Board's Web site at www.oregon.gov/Dentistry [File Link Not Available].
