Section 813-051-0040 - Use of Funds

(1) Use of HSP funds must be in compliance with HSP requirements for eligible family households.

(2) To the extent of available funding, eligible HSP services include, but are not limited to:

(a) Housing costs;

(b) Auxiliary services;

(c) Case management; and

(d) Data collection.

(3) HSP funds may be used to supplement existing funds or to support existing programs or establish new programs. Subgrantees shall not use HSP funds, granted or otherwise awarded, to replace funds currently being received from other sources, available or reasonably expected to be available to the subgrantee.

(4) Subgrantees will supplement the program by providing maintenance of effort. OHCS reserves the right to establish the amount of maintenance of effort required for the subgrantees to provide.
