Chapter 808 - LANDSCAPE CONTRACTORS BOARD

(1) "Owner," as defined in ORS 671.607 means:
(a) A person described in ORS
671.607(1)(d);
(b) A general partner in a limited
partnership;
(c) A majority
stockholder in a limited partnership;
(d) A manager in a manager-managed limited
liability company;
(e) A member in
a member-managed limited liability company; or
(f) A person who has a financial interest in
a business and manages or shares in the management of the business.
(2) For purposes of this rule, "manages or shares in the management" has the meaning given in OAR 808-002-0623.
