Section 740-105-0260 - Records of Repair

(1) Each record of repair shall be maintained at the motor carrier's official physical address of record and shall include at a minimum:
(a) Date of repair;
(b) Welder's name and certification number
that effected the repair; and
(c)
Reason repair was needed.
