Section 698-010-0060 - Conservation Management Plan Activities

(1) Funding may be utilized to develop, implement, carry out or monitor conservation management plans.
(2) If there is a stream on the project:
(a) The
planning process must present the agricultural landowner or operator with
alternatives that address the local Agricultural Water Quality Management Area
Plan goals in place at the time of plan preparation.
(b) If the program pays for plan
implementation, the selected alternative must address the local Agricultural
Water Quality Management Area Plan goals at the time of plan
implementation.
