Section 695-047-0040 - Eligibility

(1) The Board shall only consider a Focused Investment Partnership Implementation Initiative proposal that:
(a) Addresses a
Board-identified priority of significance to the state; and
(b) Is to be implemented by a high-performing
partnership.
(2) The Board shall only consider a Focused Investment Partnership Development Initiative application that:
(a) Addresses a Board-identified priority of
significance to the state; and
(b)
Is to be implemented by an existing partnership.
