Section 635-055-0055 - Release of Any Raptor

(1) Indigenous raptors held under these rules, except golden eagles, may be released (hacked) permanently into the wild at appropriate locations and times of the year following consultation with Department biologists.

(2) Falconry birds may be released from a motor-propelled vehicle for the purpose of performing bird abatement, training raptors, or hunting with raptors.
