(1) The following operating principle applies to coho salmon in the Willamette Coast Range subbasins:

(2) Maintain natural projection of coho salmon in the Willamete Coast Range subbasins consistent with achieving the desired staus for winter steelhead and sping Chinook populations identified in the Upper Willamete River Conservation and Recovery Plan for Chinook Salmon and Steelhead (OAR 635-500-6600).
