(1) Sockeye salmon, shad, sturgeon, steelhead, and chinook salmon less than 24 inches may be taken for commercial purposes from the Columbia River Treaty Indian Fishery between 12 noon June 22 and 6 pm June 25, 1988, in the area between Bonneville Dam and McNary Dam.

(2) It is unlawful to use gill nets or set nets with a mesh size greater than 4-1/2 inches during the season provided in section (1) of this rule.
