"Surfperch fishery" means the commercial fisheries for calico surfperch (Amphistichus koelzi); redtail surfperch (A. rhodoterus); kelp perch (Brachyistius frenatus); shiner perch (Cymatogaster aggregata); striped seaperch (Embiotoca lateralis); spotfin surfperch (Hyperprosopon anale); walleye surfperch (H. argenteum); silver surfperch (H. ellipticum); white seaperch (Phanerodon furcatus); and pile perch (Rhacophilus vacca) in the Pacific Ocean.
