The Statewide English Language Learner Program Account may be used for the following purposes:
(1) ELL District and School Improvement pursuant to ORS 336.079(5) and OAR 581-020-0600 through 581-020-0624; and
(2) Other grants and investments to implement the Statewide English Learner Plan pursuant to ORS 336.079(3) and OAR 581-020-0626.
