Section 581-020-0540 - Funding: District Improvement Partnership

(1) The Department of Education shall determine and support District Improvement Partnerships during the 2015-2017 biennium.
(2) The Department shall distribute funding to districts in three stages of activities:
(a) Stage 1: District Needs
Assessment;
(b) Stage 2: Approved
CIP improvement activity start-up funding;
(c) Stage 3: Continued improvement funding
aligned to quality review analysis;
(3) The Department shall determine funding for each phase as follows:
(a) Stage 1: up to
$25,000 per district
(b) Stages 2
and 3: formula grant based on estimated improvement planning and implementation
activities (up to $400,000, total, per district per year of the
biennium).
