Section 581-017-0616 - Annual Report: FFA Summer Duty Extended Contract Grant

(1) Prior to the end of each fiscal year, a school district that has received a FFA Summer Duty Extended Contract Grant must file an annual report to the Oregon Department of Education.

(2) The annual report must include:

(a) Reporting on the specific goals and deliverables identified in the application;

(b) Copies of the monthly reports that outline the accomplishments related to the FFA chapter calendar of activities that were submitted by the teacher to the school principal during the affected months of the grant; and

(c) Verification that the money received through the FFA Summer Duty Extended Contract Grant will be used to establish or expand programs and opportunities and will not be used to replace current funding provided by the school district for FFA Summer Duty Extended Contracts.
