(1) The institution shall provide each student awarded at that institution with written notification on items specified by the Commission.
(2) The institution shall report to the Commission certain grant recipient data to include, at a minimum
(a) The enrollment
status and amount of Oregon Promise funds disbursed each term to each grant
recipient;
(b) Each grant
recipient's self-reported race or ethnicity, according to federal
guidelines;
(c) Each grant
recipient's grade level and total credits earned to date at the start of the
academic year;
(d) Each grant
recipient's progress toward completion of a course of study leading to a
certificate, degree, or transfer;
(e) The amount of federal aid grants received by each Oregon
Promise recipient;
(f) Other data
needed to comply with legislative reporting requirements.
(3) For each student who has applied for a renewal of the grant, the institution shall confirm the student's satisfactory academic progress.
