Wages include, but are not limited to:

(1) Commission or a guaranteed wage;

(2) Compensatory pay;

(3) Dismissal or separation allowances;

(4) Holiday pay;

(5) Paid time off;

(6) Sick pay;

(7) Stand-by pay;

(8) Tips or gratuities; and

(9) Vacation pay.
