Section 462-010-0040 - Additional Meetings

Subject to the Notice requirements of the Public Meetings Law, additional meetings may be called by the Commission Chair (or Vice-Chair if the Vice-Chair is acting in lieu of the Chair as otherwise provided by rule herein when necessary. Meeting dates shall be approved by the Commission Chair (or Vice-Chair as set forth above). Whereas the agenda for regular Commission meetings shall, when possible, be provided to Commissioners for review at least 10 days prior to regularly scheduled meeting dates, agendas for additional meetings, such as Special Public Meetings or Emergency Public Meetings, will be provided as the time constraints for those meetings permit.
