(1) In the Summer EBT (SEBT) program, income eligibility criteria for the program is based upon filing group (see OAR 461-196-0020) size and income.

(2) Current income means the gross income received by a filing group, before deductions, for the current month, or the amount projected for the month for which the application is completed, or for the month prior to application. If this income is higher or lower than usual and does not fairly or accurately represent the filing group's actual circumstances the filing group may project their annual income.

(3) The SEBT income eligibility table for 2024 is from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024. [see attached table 1]

(4) The SEBT income eligibility table for 2025 is from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. [see attached table 2]
