(1) Children found eligible for Summer EBT (SEBT) through streamlined eligibility (see OAR 461-196-0060) or who have an approved application on file prior to the start of the summer operational period (see OAR 461-196-0020 and 461-196-0060) will have benefits available no later than 30 calendar days after the start of the summer operational period.

(2) Children found eligible through an SEBT application (see OAR 461-196-0060) after the start of the summer operational period will have benefits available no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of a completed application.

(3) Children found eligible through information provided from the child's school after the start of the summer operational period will have benefits available no later than 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of information from the school.
