Section 461-180-0110 - Effective Dates; Reimbursement of Employer-Sponsored Health Insurance Premiums

The effective date for starting reimbursement of cost-effective employer-sponsored health insurance premiums per OAR 461-135-0990 is one of the following:
(1) For new cases, the later of the following:
(a) The date of
request; or
(b) If no member of the
filing group is eligible for medical on the date of request, the date of
initial medical eligibility.
(2) For ongoing cases, the later of the following:
(a) The first of the month in which
the insurance becomes effective; or
(b) The first of the month in which the
benefit group requests reimbursement.
