Section 461-175-0205 - Notice Situation; Benefits for Less Than 30 Days

To end benefits if a client receives them for less than 30 days, send the following notice:
(1) For all programs except SNAP, a basic decision notice.
(2) For SNAP:
(a) A basic notice if the information on
ending benefits is included in the initial approval notice;
(b) In all other situations, a timely
continuing benefit decision notice.
