Any party or representative having knowledge or reasonable belief that any party or witness may present a danger or may be a threat to anyone involved in the hearing shall immediately notify the assigned Administrative Law Judge and the opposing parties or representatives of the potentially dangerous situation. All decisions involving security at the hearing shall be within the discretion of the Presiding Administrative Law Judge or designee.
