Section 413-040-0155 - Participants in Administrative Reviews and Permanency Hearings

(1) All legal custodians and parents must be invited and encouraged to participate in Administrative Reviews and Permanency Hearings.
(2) Other individuals to invite are:
(a) Substitute care providers;
(b) Children, when it is determined that the
child's attendance would be appropriate and the child wishes to
attend;
(c) Attorneys and Court
Appointed Special Advocates (CASA);
(d) Indian tribe (if applicable).
