Section 413-200-0386 - Requirements Regarding Mandatory Reporting

(1) Any certified family must report information to the Department upon reasonable cause to believe that any child or young adult with whom the individual comes in contact has suffered abuse or neglect or that any adult with whom the individual comes in contact has abused or neglected a child or young adult under ORS 419B.005 and 418.257.

(2) Any certified family with a caregiving employee, including a respite care provider or a child care provider who is not a child care facility, or volunteer must provide the caregiving employee or volunteer annual training and written materials on the requirements of mandatory reporting.
