Section 340-081-0100 - Rejection of Applications

(1) The Department may reject any loan application if:
(a) The security proposed is judged to be
inadequate to protect the state's interest, or the project does not appear to
be conservatively self-supporting and self-liquidating from revenues, gifts,
grants from the federal government, user charges, assessments, and other
fees;
(b) The project does not
comply with the requirements of ORS Chapters 454 and 468 and rules adopted by
the Environmental Quality Commission pursuant to these chapters.
(2) Any action by the Department to deny an application may be appealed to the Environmental Quality Commission.
