Section 340-255-0030 - Projects Eligible for Grant Funding

To be eligible for a grant using funds from the Diesel Emissions Mitigation Grant Program a project must:
(1) Qualify as an Eligible Mitigation Action;
(2) Be either:
(a) A project to retrofit, replace or repower
eligible equipment; or
(b) A
project that otherwise qualifies for funding under the DERA grant program;
and
(3) Ensure that all equipment and engines being repowered or replaced be scrapped.
