Section 340-017-0045 - Procedures For Transfer of a Tax Credit Certificate

To transfer a tax credit certificate from one holder to another, the Commission shall revoke the certificate and grant a new one to the new holder for the balance of the available tax credit following the procedure set forth inORS 315.324.
