Division 130 - ATHLETIC TRAINER LICENSE AND REQUIREMENTS
Section 331-130-0007 - Application Requirements

An individual applying for an athletic trainer license must:
(1) Meet the requirements of OAR 331 Division 30.
(2) Submit a completed application form prescribed by the Office, which must contain the information listed in OAR 331-030-0000,
(3) Submit:
(a) Official documentation of having passed
the Board-approved BOC examination; and
(b) Proof of being at least 18 years old;
and
(c) Evidence of current
certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) including:
(A) Adult, child and infant CPR;
(B) Adult, child and infant automated
external defibrillator (AED);
(C)
Two person CPR;
(D) Barrier devices
(e.g., pocket mask, bag valve mask).
(4) Pay fees.
