Section 330-125-0022 - Home Builder Eligibility Requirements

(1) A home builder must demonstrate to the Department:
(a) That he or she has built at
least three residences since January 1, 1979; or
(b) That he or she has done at least $250,000
gross business in building construction since January 1, 1979.
(2) All home builders who participate in the program must be bonded and licensed as required by ORS Chapter 701.
