Section 330-110-0015 - Eligible Costs

Subject to these rules, a loan may be approved to pay for:
(1) The cost of buying, building and installing a project;
(2) Audit, study, commissioning and design costs; and
(3) Reserves, interest, staff training and site preparation costs.
