(1) The Authority may not share data about program participants, other than for purposes of planning, program evaluation or analysis.
(2) Data may only be shared with:
(a) Agencies, offices, or contractors of the
Authority;
(b) The Oregon
Employment Department; and
(c)
Non-governmental entities, not noted above, only with written approval from the
Director of the Authority.
