(1) Operating an AFH without a license is punishable as a Class C misdemeanor.
(2) Refusing to allow any of the following is punishable as a Class B misdemeanor:
(a) Division access to the AFH for inspection
or investigation;
(b) Division
access to individuals in order to interview individuals privately or to review
records; or
(c) State and local
fire inspector access to the AFH regarding fire safety.
