Section 309-120-0245 - Postponement

(1) A hearing may be postponed by the hearings officer for good cause and for reasonable periods of time.
(2) Good cause includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Illness or
unavailability of the adult in custody;
(b) Gathering of additional evidence;
or
(c) Gathering of additional
documentation.
(3) The reason(s) for the postponement shall be made part of the record.
