Section 291-006-0080 - Recordkeeping of Discrimination Complaints

(1) The discrimination complaint coordinator will retain a file copy of discrimination complaints with pertinent documents, including appeals, in accordance with the department's approved retention schedule for these records.

(2) AIC discrimination complaints will not be filed in the AIC's working file.

(3) AIC discrimination complaints will not be filed in the staff working file.
