(1) The directives contained in these rules apply to circumstances where the promoter either televises an event live or videotapes the event, or circumstances where the promoter contracts with another to televise or videotape the event. In the event the promoter contracts with another to televise or videotape an event, the contract which so provides must contain the following directives and the contracting parties must agree to compliance with such directive:

(a) No fighter shall be directed to enter the ring with less than adequate notice as determined by the inspector and the Director;

(b) During a round of boxing, no camera operator may stand on the ring apron;

(c) A camera operator situated on a platform close to the ring apron, during a rest period, must be closer to a neutral corner than to any other part of the ring.

(2) The promoter must provide the Director with prior notice of the time and place of any production meetings which take place in Oregon in reference to a proposed televised event.
