Section 230-030-0310 - Failure to Appear

(1) Any contestant absent from a show in which the contestant is contractually bound to appear, without a certificate from a Boxing and Wrestling Commission Section physician, is subject to disciplinary action.

(2) Any boxer who files a certificate from a Boxing and Wrestling Commission Section physician stating that the boxer is unable to fulfill a contract on account of physical disability shall, on being restored to the eligible list, fulfill the contract with the same opponent specified in the contract or suitable substitute within a reasonable time, such period to be set by the Director unless the boxer is released from the contract by mutual agreement.
