Section 230-130-0520 - Unfair Practices Likely to Cause Injury

Referees shall not permit unfair practices that may cause injuries to a competitor, and are held strictly responsible for the enforcement of the rules. If a competitor violates the rules, the referee may give the competitor a warning. If the competitor continues to violate the rules the referee may penalize a competitor in accordance with OAR 230-130-0090.
