Section 230-130-0440 - Equipment

(1) Groin Protection - all male competitors must wear a groin protection.
(2) Female competitors may wear breast protection.
(3) Female competitors must wear a sports bra (no metal or hard plastic components), and/or rash guard shirts. Rash guards may not be long sleeved.
(4) Male competitors must wear trunks with no pockets, and any strings must be tucked in and taped.
(5) Competitors must wear an approved and fitted mouth guard.
(6) Knee or ankle braces are not permitted, nor is taping for the same purpose, but competitors may use neoprene or elastic ankle sleeves provided there are no hard metal or plastic components, or taping underneath.
(7) Elbow pads for amateur competitors when elbow strikes have been allowed.
(8) Shoes are not permitted.
(9) Shirts or rash guards are not permitted for male competitors.
