Section 230-110-0070 - Licensees Must Report Sham Contests

Any person, licensed by the Superintendent who is approached from any source with a request or suggestion that a sham or collusive contest be entered into or that the contest shall not be conducted honestly and fairly shall immediately report the matter to the Director.
