As a part of any investigation conducted by the Superintendent concerning the regulation of boxing in Oregon and for good cause shown, upon written request by the Superintendent, a licensee or applicant for a license shall submit a written financial statement to the Superintendent made under penalty of perjury which shall include an itemization of all assets and liabilities of the licensee or applicant and such other financial information as the Superintendent may request.
