Public Works is responsible for the management of the city's infrastructure. Operations document the day to day management of the city's infrastructure.

(1) Cross Connection Control Survey Records - Minimum retention: 1 year after disconnection or 10 years, whichever is longer.

(2) Discharge Monitoring Records - Minimum retention:

(a) Reports, retain permanently;

(b) All other records, retain 5 years.

(3) Fuel Records - Minimum retention: 2 years.

(4) Strip and Circle Chart Records - Minimum retention: 3 years.

(5) Utility Installation and Connection - Minimum retention: 2 years after physical disconnection.

(6) Utility Line Location Request Records - Minimum retention: 2 years.

(7) Wastewater Treatment Operations Records - Minimum retention:

(a) Annual reports, retain permanently;

(b) All Other records, retain 5 years.

(8) Water Treatment Operations Records - Minimum retention:

(a) Annual reports, retain permanently;

(b) All other records, retain 5 years.
