Budgeting documents the development, monitoring and analysis of the city's estimated future revenue and expenditures.
(1) Adopted Budget - Minimum retention: Permanent.
(2) Budget Preparation Records - Minimum retention: 2 years.
(3) Financial Impact Analysis Records - Minimum retention: 3 years.
