Section 137-055-5080 - Adding Interest

(1) The administrator will not establish interest on support arrears.
(2) For enforcement purposes, the administrator will:
(a) Add interest to a
case balance if a specific amount has been established in a judgment or order
entered by a court; or
(b) Add
interest to the case balance on a case with a controlling order from another
jurisdiction if the other jurisdiction provides a certified interest
calculation consistent with its laws governing the computation and accrual of
interest.
