Section 137-055-3260 - Correction of Mistakes in Orders

(1) Clerical mistakes in final orders issued by the administrator pursuant to ORS 25.501 to 25.556 and errors therein arising from oversight or omission may be corrected by the administrator at any time within 60 days of the issuance of the order. The corrected order must be clearly marked "Corrected Order" and must contain notice to the parties of appeal rights as provided by ORS 25.513.

(2) The corrected order must be served on the parties by regular mail at the parties' contact addresses.
