Section 137-055-2340 - Obligor Bankruptcy Situations in General

(1) Upon being notified of obligors bankruptcy, the administrator will:
(a) Enter
the appropriate codes for bankruptcy on the case record, and
(b) Narrate the case record with the
bankruptcy information to alert other program participants of the bankruptcy
situation.
(2) Upon receiving a discharge or dismissal notice and verifying that the bankruptcy was closed, the administrator will:
(a) Remove the
codes for bankruptcy on the case record, and
(b) Narrate the bankruptcy information on the
case record.
